IPO of Pecém port

The port of pecem, in Ceara, will have its capital opened in 2017. The presentation of assets should occur in the first quarter of the year. The opening can cover not only the port, but the administration of all Industrial Complex and port of pecem (Cipp).

By November 2016, Pecém port moved 9,880,000 tonnes in cargo, volume 41% more than in same period in 2015. Just in November, the growth was 142%, especially at the beginning of exports from Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém (CSP). For 2017, it is expected a growth of 40% in total Port handling.
