Boa Vista Energia must have its operations undertaken by Oliveira Energia shortly after winning the distributor's privatization auction in August, according to the publication of Aneel (National Electric Energy Agency) in the Official Gazette of the Union.
The subsidiary of Roraima is part of the June 4 distributors of Eletrobras that were sold to the private sector. Amazonas Energia and Ceal have not yet been auctioned.
According to the dispatch, the deadline for the implementation of the corporate control transfer transaction is up to 120 days. The Oliveira Energia, responsible for the supply of energy in the north of the country, was the only one to present a proposal by Boa Vista Energia, at auction that happened at the end of August this year.
