AGU defends decree on exploitation rights of Petrobras

The Advocate general of the Union (AGU), defended in the Supreme Court (STF), the Decree 9.355/2018, edited in the government of Michel Temer, on the assignment of oil and natural gas exploitation rights by Petrobras, that is, new rules for the oil fields and The company's subsidiary companies to be sold.
