ANP will discuss changes in gas specification

The national agency of petroleum, gas and Biofuels (ANP) will hold public hearings, as well as queries, in order to discuss possible changes in the specification of the natural gas supplied to the market.

In addition to the consultations, the Agency also advised that it intends to carry out technical, environmental and economic studies to assess possible impacts that change, if it occurs, could cause.  Among the concerns of the market, is the high cost to adapt various equipment to new specifications for natural gas.
