The ANP (National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels) published last Monday (30), the relationship of the 14 institutions that will participate in the auction of the surplus of the onerous assignment scheduled for November 6th.
According to the ANP, the organizations were approved at the Special Bidding Commission (CEL) Meeting held on the 27th, and released today.
1 – BP Energy do Brasil LTDA.
2 – Chevron Brazil oil and gas LTDA.
3 – CNODC Brazil Petroleum and gas LTDA.
4 – CNOOC Petroleum Brazil Ltda.
5 – Ecopetrol Oil and gas of Brazil LTDA.
6 – Equinor Brasil Energia Ltda.
7 – ExxonMobil Exploration Brazil LTDA.
8 – Petrogal Brasil S.A.
9 – Petrobras
10 – Petronas Petróleo Brasil Ltda.
11 – QPI Brazil Petroleum LTDA.
12 – Shell Brazil petroleum LTDA.
13 – Total E&P do Brasil LTDA.
14 – Wintershall DEA of Brazil exploration and production LTDA.
In the last week, the National Congress promulgated the PEC (proposal for amendment to the Constitution) of the onerous assignment, which alters the public spending ceiling and authorizes the government to carry out the bonus of the onerous assignment. The following day, Bento Albuquerque, Minister of Mines and Energy (MME), confirmed the realization of the auction that will take place on November 6.
