ANP opens public consultation for waterway terminals

Last Wednesday (15), the National Petroleum Agency, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) has initiated a public consultation that will review the criteria for the use of waterways, which were created for movement petroleum, petroleum derivatives, natural gas derivatives and Biofuels.

The 60-day public consultation establishes a number of measures, including new rules of use in the waterway terminals by third parties. That’s because the port sector underwent some changes after the creation of the National Waterway Transport (ANTAQ). The public hearing is scheduled to happen on 4/15.

Public consultation and hearing documents, as well as procedures for participation, can be consulted through this Link.
