ANP considers opening new contest to make up its board

The National Agency for Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) is studying the opening of a new competition. The request must be sent to the Ministry of Economy on the 31st, according to information given to the portal IstoÉ Dinheiro.

The contest aims to fill about 90 effective vacancies and another 104 temporary vacancies, according to the decision of the anp board meeting on the last day 21. The competition must cover the following higher-level careers: specialist in the regulation of oil and derivatives and natural gas (48); administrative analyst (23); and specialist in Geology and Geophysics of Oil and Natural Gas (19).

The agency currently has 1,516 employees, and these employees are assigned from other agencies, interns, contractors, among others. The last competition held by the ANP took place in 2015, with 34 vacancies offered – most of them working in the agency's office, located in Rio de Janeiro.
