National Agency of petroleum, Natural gas and biofuels (ANP) reported that the production of oil and natural gas in Brazil totaled 3,306,000 barrels of oil equivalent (as equivalent to the energy released by burning one barrel of crude oil).
According to the PNA only with oil were produced approximately 2,624,000 barrels per day. Already the natural gas production stood at 108,500,000 cubic meters per day (m ³/d). The decline was caused due to stop for maintenance of some major platforms, like the FPSO Cidade Angra dos Reis, in the field of Lula.
With respect to the pre-salt, production in 66 wells reached the mark of 1.145 million barrels of oil per day and 44,400,000 cubic meters per day of natural gas, totaling approximately 1.424 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d). The PNA said that the pre-salt production accounted for 43% of the total produced in Brazil.ACESSE AS REDES DA PANORAMA OFFSHORE:
