Camamu-Almada Basin will have exploration in 2020

For the third time the company Spectrum began environmental licensing for the acquisition of seismic data in the Camamu-Almada basin, Bahia. The project has the planning to start in April 2020 and the closing in August 2021 and will meet the regions Cal-M-126, Cal-M-252, Cal-M-316 and Cal-M-376, that the national Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and biofuels (ANP) shall offer in the 16th round of Auctions.

Currently the area produces natural gas in the field of Manati, operated by Petrobras, through the platform Pmnt-1 with capacity to collect yield up to seven wells. Even this year, Spectrum will make new environmental licensing requests for exploration in the Foz do Amazonas and Pará-Maranhão basins.
