Fields in Libya operate drop in oil
The news that Libya intends to restart oil production in two important fields of the country, cause a slight drop in oil futures on Friday, December 16.
The Brent contract for February fell 0, 20%, going to $53.93 dollars per barrel, in the time of 9:12 this morning. The WTI therefore retreated 0.51, worth $50.65 a barrel on the Nymex.
