CME decrees meeting next Wednesday

The chairman of the Committee on Mines Energy (CME) of the House of Representatives, Silas House (Republicans/AM), informed last Thursday (14), that the draft legislative decree created to release the direct sale of ethanol will be voted on next Wednesday (20).

Several areas of the government, including the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), have already expressed that they are in favor of the direct sale of ethanol, which allows usineiros to market to the posts, without the intermediation of distributors of Fuels. Some MPs even met with the government for action but nothing was resolved.
