Compass Gas and Energy registered for a initial public offering of shares (IPO), and indicated a document to the market last Monday (03). The company, which is controlled by Cosan, stated that it planned to raise capital to acquire new companies and participate in privatizations.
In the first half of this year, Compass had revenues of 4 billion and net income of 508.5 million reais, according to the prospectus preliminary offer. To date, the company has not revealed the number of shares that will be offered or the amount you want to withdraw with the IPO.
