Congress approved last week the opening of credit of R$ 743.9 million for Eletronuclear to invest in the construction of the Angra 3 nuclear power plant. The approval comes from a context of efforts to advance the stages of the project. According to the government, the resources made available are essential for the completion of the “critical line” of the plant, such as contracting construction services and electromechanical assembly.
