Considered one of the main events of the brazilian industry, Equipment Technology Conference (Coteq) has become as renowned space for discussions and research related to segments of non-destructive testing (Ndt), inspection, equipment Integrity, corrosion and painting, Experimental Analysis of stress and mechanical behavior of materials.
Scheduled for 15 days to May 18 in Rio de Janeiro, the meeting must gather at least 1500 people, including academics, researchers, engineers, technicians and representatives of companies in General.

About the Abendi-focused on dissemination of the activities of inspection and non-destructive testing (Ndt), preserving the life and the environment, the Abendi maintains partnerships with organizations and companies to spread the use of ENDs, indispensable techniques and materials inspection equipment without damaging them, being performed on the stages of manufacture, construction, installation and maintenance.
The Abendi is also accredited by the National Institute of metrology, quality and technology (Inmetro), the Brazilian Ministry of development, industry and foreign trade, as a personnel certification body-OPC-002, according to ISO standard 17024, for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel, based on the criteria of ISO standard 9712.
Accredited, since 2003, by the Brazilian Association of technical standards (ABNT) as a Sectorial standardisation body (ONS-58), for the elaboration of standards to END; and by the national agency of petroleum, Natural gas and biofuels (ANP) as & P&D Development research institution, in the areas of interest to the oil industry and is also accredited by the NPA since 2013 as Local Content Certification.
The Association is still recognized as the Technological Sector Entity (ETS), by the Ministry of science, technology and innovation, technological management in END area. Since 2006, is qualified as a Civil society organization of public interest (OSCIP), by the Ministry of Justice, which makes it possible to receive donations from companies, tax deductible operating profit; develop projects of interest to the public sector; training and capacity-building actions; and the chance to receive goods seized, abandoned or available, administered by the internal revenue service.
In addition, it also has technical cooperation agreements and partnerships with Brazilian and international institutions, such as the BAM – Institute of materials from Germany.
