An agreement between Dommo Energia and oil company Enauta Energia ended the dispute between the two companies over the BS-4 block. The agreement determines the withdrawal to proceed with arbitration and judicial disputes relating to a participation in the bloc.
Thus, it was defined that the rights, ownership and interests of Dommo in block BS-4 are transferred to Enauta Energia retroactively, since October 11, 2017, in the proportion of 20%. The information is from Dommo Energia itself, in a statement to the market on Thursday (29).
