Amid the crisis, Niterói stands out by collecting royalties

In the midst of the crisis plaguing the Brazil, in particular the State of Rio de Janeiro, Niterói comes against the municipalities that had a decrease in collection of royalties. Most of the money going into the city, from the royalties, comes from the Field of Lula, in the Santos basin.

According to data of the national agency of petroleum, gas and Biofuels (ANP) in the past six years, unlike most municipalities tankers, the amount collected by the city in royalties almost quintupled. Only in 2016 the city received R$ 294,800,000 reais.

In addition to the money from royalties, the town also receives value in special appearance, which is an extraordinary financial compensation paid by companies engaged in exploration and production and that applies only to large volume.

The trend is that the good numbers remain for the municipality of Niterói in 2017. Keep watching the Panorama portal Offshore and obtain quality information and news about the market of oil, gas, energy, gasoline, fuels, Petrobras, onshore and offshore. Remember: your business. Check out:
