Equinor ensures runoff operation of the Roncador field

From next year, for 36 months, the Norwegian company Equinor will perform oil transportation operations in the Roncador field, in the Campos Basin, through the Terminal of Açu Petróleo, in the Porto do Açu Complex, Norte Fluminense. The Company recently acquired 25% of Petrobras ' participation in the region in the amount of US $2 billion.

The Roncador field is considered the largest oil producer in Brazil, and the region has 51 producing wells, the largest of which has a yield of 16000 barrels per day and the smallest with 0.9 bpd.
