It was launched, last Tuesday (28), a study called Strategic Route of Oil and Gas, produced by Findes / Ideies. The project brings the paths to be followed to ensure the development of the sector in the state of Espírito Santo. Among the highlights presented in the publication are trends and technologies that can contribute to the development and competitiveness of the sector.
According to Folha Vitória, industry 4.0 appeared as a key point to expand the development of solutions aimed at the intelligent industrial production model. In addition, mini-fines, decommissioning of platforms and wells on land, big data and analytics were also placed as a trend in the study.
"Brazil, in the next ten years, will be among the five largest oil producers and exporters in the world. Espírito Santo is consolidated as the third largest oil and gas producer in the country and has a great potential to attract investments for this sector," said José Mauro Coelho, Secretary of Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, during the launch.
During the online ceremony, José Mauro also stressed the need for approval of the New Regulatory Framework of the Natural Gas sector, the Program to improve the auctions of exploratory blocks of Oil and Natural Gas, the new downstream scenario, the new opportunities for investments in the Brazilian onshore with the REATE Program and the opportunities arising from the auctions in the Permanent Supply model.
