Petrobras announced, last Wednesday (5), a new production record in July for the Buzios Field. According to the state- owned company, the four platforms P-74, P-75, P-76 and P-77 recorded monthly production of 615,000 barrels of oil per day (bpd) and 765,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boed).
It is worth remembering that Búzios, located in the pre-salt region of the Santos Basin and discovered in 2010, is the largest deepwater oil field in the world, according to Petrobras itself. For the company, the field is "a world-class asset with substantial reserves, low risk and low extraction cost."ACESSE AS REDES DA PANORAMA OFFSHORE:
