Third largest industry event in the world promises to move R $250,000,000
In the year in which the Campos Basin completes 40 years, the city of Macaé believes that the ninth edition of the Brazil Offshore will be the point of resuming and oil revenues. The estimate for this year is to receive 550 exhibiting brands, 53000 visitors and move R $250,000,000 in business. "The Offshore Brazil is the third biggest event in the world and the largest segment of Brazil. In addition to the royalty revenues, estimated at R $245,000,000, the city also expects an income generation with the growth in the number of jobs in the region. According to the organizer of the event, for every job created in the industrial park of oil and gas are generated eight other indirect jobs in the production chain.
