The Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) launched in partnership with the National Organization of the Petroleum Industry (ONIP) and the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Firjan), the program virtuoso circuit of the oil and gas industry in Brazil. The objective is to meet the new carriers and afretadoras of oil and gas that will enter Brazil as a result of the last rounds of bidding.
The intention is to demonstrate that the national industry in the oil and gas sector remains competitive and can meet the internal and external demands. In other words, Brazil is owned by productive poles that are capable of attending the companies. The circuit already has events scheduled in several Brazilian regions, and the first must be carried out on the next 20, in Maranhão, where it will still be a visit to Eneva, the third largest company in thermal capacity of the country and private gas carrier of Brazil. Located in the complex of the river basin.
The program should happen until September 2018, when the Oil & Gas Expo and Conference will occur in Rio de Janeiro, which is considered the largest in the Latin American sector, promoted by the Brazilian Institute of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (IBP).
Márcio Félix, Secretary of Petroleum, Natural gas and biofuels of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, said the circuit seeks to offer more amplitude to what has already been built by Brazil in relation to the opening of markets.
