Huge investors come back to invest in Petrobras


  Investors on Wall Street need to report to the SEC each quarter-end positions of each paper in their wallets. 

In addition to Soros, other huge investors on Wall Street decided to apply in brazilian State through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), receipts for company stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Among them, Robert Citrone, with $12 billion in assets, owner of Discovery Capital Management, which reported more than 27 million of the oil company. Already the Shaw, with $40 billion under management, has 3 million ADRs. Jim Simons, who manages more than $36 billion, has State papers 411,500.
