According to financial group Goldman Sachs, renewable energy can overcome, for the first time, investments in the oil and gas sector. In fact, adherence to clean energy has been increasing.
The group points out that clean energy offers an opportunity to investments of US$16 trillion by 2030. In more, renewable energies should account for about 25% of total energy spending next year – as opposed to the 15% invested in 2014. In addition, clean energy can attract investments between $1 and $2 trillion a year and create 15 to 20 millions of jobs worldwide.
