Iraq maintains cuts even with operating capacity

At the conference of the Chatham House in London, Jabar al-Luaibi, Iraqi oil minister, said that the country will comply with the oil reduction agreement with the organization of exporting Countries (OPEC), although it is working hard to increase export capacity of oil both in the south of the country and in the north.

The total Iraqi capacity reached 5 million barrels per day (bpd), including 4.6 million bpd in the south, however, the country expects, with the help of BP, more than doubling the production of the oilfields of Kirkuk in the north.
