Libya increases production and worried about OPEC plans

Despite the great advances in the OPEC agreement, which aims to cut 32,500,000 barrels per day of production of the commodity, countries outside the cartel have caused concern to producers, as is the case of Libya.

Turns out the country, according to figures from Opec, nearly doubled its production in December 2016, compared with the third quarter of the previous year, rising from 311,000 barrels a day to 608,000 bpd.

Although unlikely, Libya has the capacity to produce 1 million bpd, but the generation of 500,000 already cause major upsets in the Court of the producers.
