Libya resumes oil export shutdown

Through a statement, last Sunday (12), the National Oil Corp ( NOC), reported that Libya again stopped all oil exports of the country. According to the state, the action took place due to an order from the United Arab Emirates, which supports the Libyan National Army group.

In the statement, the NOC "condemns unreservedly" the blockade and recalls that exports had resumed on July 10, with the sending of a tanker only. He also lamented the fact that uae officials last week said they would support the return of Libyan exports, but then changed their positions.
