Loyalty Miami develops two communities rental projects in the United States

Company STV, from London, invests 63 million of dollars that will be destined for the construction of the enterprise

Loyalty Miami, a company that has been working for 13 years with visas, transfers of executives and investment funds, and today has a team of lawyers, administrators and economists, now advances in the segment of real estate developments.

The study of the site and the terrain are already underway. Licenses and other permits have also been requested.  The work will begin in November and the delivery is planned for the end of 2019.  "The apartments will have useful area from 62m2 to 118m2," highlights the CEO.
