A resolution of the State Secretariat for Economic Development of Minas Gerais authorizes that the price of Vehicular Natural Gas (CNG) increase 23.3% throughout the state, from next Thursday (3).
Industrial gas will also be adjusted by 21.06%, following the announcement of a 39% increase in the cost of natural gas by Petrobras. According to the president of the Minas Gerais Gas Company (Gasmig), Pedro Magalhães, the adjustment in the consumer price is the result of the contract with Petrobras and there is no other way but to pass on the increase in cost.
It is noteworthy that in the case of CNG, the price was frozen by Gasmig in the last 90 days. With the increase, the price of cubic meter will be R $ 2.44 from day 3. Residential gas had the cost frozen until February next year.ACESSE AS REDES DA PANORAMA OFFSHORE:
