Last Thursday (9), through a statement released by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), Petrobras confirmed that the Abu Dhabi Mubadala investment fund made the best offer in the binding phase and won the right to discuss exclusively the terms of the purchase contract of Rlam (Landulpho Alves-Mataripe Refinery).
According to the state, if the contract changes significantly, there will be a second round of bids based on price. "After the conclusion of the negotiations with the first place, there is still the possibility of a new round of binding proposals with the participants classified for this phase, depending on the terms of the negotiated contracts," the statement said.
Sources told Reuters that the deal is expected to take weeks. The final winner will be announced only after all stages are completed.ACESSE AS REDES DA PANORAMA OFFSHORE:
