Against the grain, Iran and Iraq plan to increase oil production

In the Conference held in Paris, executives of the countries Iran and Iraq announced they have claims to increase its oil production capacity. Roknedin Javadi, Iran's oil Minister, said the country's intention is to raise your production capacity to 700,000 barrels per day.

Following the same line, the Iraqi oil Minister, Jabar al-Luaibi, said the country plans to increase production to 5 million barrels a day, from the current 4,200,000. However, al-Luaibi stated, conversely, that Iraq intends to remain committed to the agreement to reduce the offer as part of the deal made with the Organization of petroleum exporting countries (Opec).
