New Zealand open bidding for oil blocks deals
The Minister of Energy and Resources of New Zealand, Judith Collins, opened the 2017 block offer bidding for oil exploration licenses. The process includes five areas of offshore release, two land and an area of offshore / onshore release, totaling 481,735 square kilometers.
Proposals will be evaluated on parameters such as work program, technical and financial capacity, compliance history and the likely ability to meet the requirements of health, safety and the environment of New Zealand.
The invitation to bid bidding of blocks 2017 closes on September 6. The neozeolandeza minister expects to grant licenses in December this year.
