New attack on a Colombian oil pipeline causes oil spill

The most important pipeline of Colombia suffered a new attack in the Boyacá Department, according to a statement from State oil company Ecopetrol, which also warned that the incident caused the oil spill.

The company informed that only in 2017, there were 13 attacks against the same pipeline in the departments of Norte de Santander, Arauca and Boyaca. In 2016 were 43 registered attacks.
