Oil companies charge for innovation and ANP adjusts rules to facilitate investment

Due to the interest of the oil companies for news, the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and biofuels (ANP) plans some adjustments in the current regulation of research, development and innovation (PD&I), to simplify and improve the standards.

The state, which is represented by the Brazilian Petroleum Institute (IBP), charges for the rules to be relaxed because it allows a larger part of the compulsory investments in PD&I to be directed at Starsups.
