Oil production drops and reaches less than 3 million barrels per day

Petrobras produced 2,514,000 barrels of oil and natural gas per day in the first quarter of this year, representing a decline of 8.55% in relation to the same period in 2017. In relation to the previous three months, there was a 5% retreat that corresponds to 2,659,000 of bpd.

The average oil production, from July to September, was 1,937,000 barrels per day and lower compared to the second quarter of this year which closed with 2.063 million/bpd.

Petrobras still closed the third quarter of this year with a positive free cash flow with R $8.115 billion, low 44.92% compared to another r $14.734 billion flow equal to the same period in 2017. These amounts are related to the resources generated through the operational activities subtracted by investments in certain business areas.

The oil market has been constantly oscillating and may harm the population that will have value onlendings, which affects the national economy.
