Oil Gas UK wants to simplify & underwater actions

The British Oil Company Gas UK has released new guidelines & aiming to simplify the subsea developments. The release of the guidelines was conducted in Subsea Expo 2017, in Aberdeen, from 1° to 3 February.

"Normalization Subsea-guidelines for Adopting a simplified approach and fit for the purpose" is the result of extensive research carried out by the Working Group of Underwater Technology efficiency (ETF), a multidisciplinary team of 31 companies, led by Steve Duthie, TechnipFMC, in order to simplify underwater operations.

In a statement, the Oil Gas UK reported that want & now maximize the impact of these guidelines and welcomes the opportunity to meet with companies that are interested in exploring how they can be implemented in any meaningful way in current and future projects.
