OTC Brazil estimates to receive 15000 visitors this year

From October 29th to 31st, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) and the Brazilian Institute of Petroleum, Gas and biofuels (IBP) will perform the 5th edition of OTC Brasil at the SulAmérica convention Center in Rio de Janeiro. “It is a great opportunity for collaboration and knowledge transfer that are essential to ensure affordable energy for future generations,” said Marcos Assayag, president of OTC Brazil.

The event will feature 180 exhibitors from the industry, with a technical schedule of four plenary sessions, 22 special meetings, 40 technical sessions and among the main topics to be addressed, are the challenges of exploration and production of oil and gas in the waters Of the Brazilian pre-salt, the prospects for the gas market with the opening of the segment and the digital transformation of the oil sector.

The president of Petrobras, Roberto Castello Branco, the president of BP Energy, Adriano Bastos, the CEO of Shell Brazil, André Araújo, the Minister of Mines and Energy, Bento Albuquerque, and the general Director of the National Agency for Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels, Décio Oddone.
