OPEC countries to increase oil production

Climbed on 90000 barrels per day oil production of member countries of the Organization of petroleum exporting countries (Opec) in July. The number marks the highest level of OPEC production this year of 2017, according to a survey from Reuters. The rising was pulled by increased supply in Libya, Nigeria, but also Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Gabon and Ecuador.

With the increase in Libya and Nigeria, OPEC production in July was on average 32,850,000 barrels per day, around 1.1 million bpd, more than the cartel's production target. OPEC's performance, despite efforts, has dropped in the past two months, reaching only 84% of the reduction goal, when in the year 2016, this percentage reached 90%.

Among the countries that have reduced the production were Angola and Saudi Arabia.
