In line with its Strategic Plan / PNG 2017-21, which intends to reduce the company's costs, Petrobras said it put on sale through international auction seven drilling rigs.
The units will be auctioned at a public hearing, which must take place on May 10 and interested companies have until the day before to qualify and submit proposals on competition.
Probes sale are the P-3, P-10, P-23, P-26, P-27, P-59 and P-60, all standing today at the company's site in São Roque do Paraguaçu, Bahia. Companies interested in the competition can visit the probes in place until April 28.
Petrobras explained that the scenario of low oil prices led to reduced demand for rigs worldwide and that the state is following this issue and conducting a re-adaptation of the fleet to your needs.
