Petrobras announced that held the early payment of debt amounting to US $ $1.28 billion to funders, and a renegotiation of $ $1.6 billion. However, the State also obtained new financing with the banco Safra in the amount of $ $300 million for payment in 2023.
The advance payments were made to JPMorgan, for $ $730 million, which went on to win in 2018 and 2019; the HSBC, $ $400 million in 2019, and renegotiation of funding in the amount of $ $750 million with new dates for 2022 and 2023. In addition to the Intesa Sanpaolo, which had advance payment of $ $150 million, with original maturity in 2020, and renegotiation of debt of $ $850 million for 2022.
The State reported that will continue evaluating opportunity to prepay and also new funding, following your passive management strategic plan and goal of disinvestment of 2017-2021, whose goal is to raise $ $21 billion.
