Petrobras' board of directors approved the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EHOW) to elect eight new members to its board of directors. The announcement was made last Tuesday (15).
The notice of the meeting must be published within 45 days. For now, the company will have to complete the investigation on the questions of investors in relation to the voting process of a previous election and the resignation of a former board member, Marcelo Gasparino da Silva.
Silva was a minority representative and announced in April this year that he would leave the post to provoke a new election, citing errors in the counting of the votes that elected him. At the time, Petrobras said it could only summon a new member.ACESSE AS REDES DA PANORAMA OFFSHORE:
