Petrobras advances with REMAN, LUBNOR and SIX

Petrobras announced in a statement that it began the non-binding phase of the sale of the Isaac Sabbá Refinery (REMAN), in Amazonas, of the Northeast Petroleum Lubricants and Derivatives unit (LUBNOR), ceará, and the Industrialization unit of Shale (SIX), in Paraná.

Potential buyers will have until November 22 to express interest in the acquisition of the units and those already qualified for this phase will receive a descriptive memo containing more detailed information on the assets in question, as well as instructions on the divestment process, including guidelines for the preparation and submission of non-binding proposals.

Located in Manaus, REMAN has the capacity to processing of 46,000 barrels per day and its assets include a terminal of Storage. Already one of the national leaders in asphalt production and the only one in the country producing naphthenic lubricants, LUBNOR, has the capacity to processing of 8,000 barrels/day. SIX, with a production capacity of 6,000 barrels/day, produces phthapha, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), gas of shale, shale oil, shale water and sulfur.
