Petrobras continues in the sale of fields in shallow waters

The brazilian State has announced that it has initiated phase nonbinding of assignment of all rights to exploration, development and production in seven sets of fields in shallow waters, located in the States of Ceara, Rio Grande do Norte, Sergipe, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

In accordance with the systematic realization and aligned the guidance of the Court of Auditors, Petrobras said that at this stage of the process, the company sends all the information about the assets and sales methodology statements to interested enabled in the previous period. The objective of Petrobras's raise with the divestiture plan about of 21 billion dollars by 2018.
