Petrobras announces the sale of four refineries

On the morning of last Friday (13), Petrobrás initiated the disclosure of teasers, referring to the second phase of the processes of sale of assets in refining and associated logistics in the country. This includes the Gabriel Passos Refinery (REGAP), located in Minas Gerais, the Isaac Sabbá Refinery (REMAN) in the Amazon, the lubricants and petroleum derivatives of the Northeast (LUBNOR) in Ceará and the Schist Industrialization Unit (SIX) in Paraná.

The REGAP, located in the municipality of Betim, is one of the most striking developments in the history of Minas Gerais. It has processing capacity of 166,000 barrels/day and its assets cover a set of pipelines with more than 720 Km.

REMAN, located on the left bank of Rio Negro, in Manaus (AM), has a processing capacity of 46000 barrels/day and its assets include a storage terminal.

The LUBNOR, located in Fortaleza (CE), is one of the national leaders in asphalt production, the only one in the country to produce nape lubricants and has processing capacity of 8000 barrels/day.

SIX, located in São Mateus do Sul (PR), has an installed capacity of 6000 barrels/day and its assets include a mine in one of the largest reserves of bituminous shale in the world and a shale processing plant.
