In an official statement, Petrobras announced on Friday (22), which began the binding phase referring to the first stage of the sale of assets in refining and logistics. Potential investors will receive an invitation letter with details and instructions for submitting proposals.
The 1st batch of offers includes the Abreu e Lima refinery (RNEST), in Pernambuco – considered the "most modern" of the portfolio and was the subject of investigation of Operation Lava Jato; Landulpho Alves (RLAM), bahia; President Getúlio Vargas (REPAR), in Paraná and Alberto Pasqualini (REFAP) in Rio Grande do Sul.
