Petrobras invests R $7 million in socio-environmental projects

On Wednesday, November 21, Petrobras announced that it will invest about R $7 million in socio-environmental projects in the region of Campos Basin, Rio de Janeiro. Investments will take place between 2018 and 2020 and provide benefits for approximately 5000 people.

Among the projects are center for sports and Education, navigating in poetry and Conectora opportunities, which seeks to meet about 240 children only in the first project. The second will work by encouraging reading and writing environmental awareness, racial equality and social participation. And the third is geared towards educational and professional training, as well as guidance for social life.

The municipalities benefited by the project are Macaé, Campos dos Goytacazes, Cape Frio, Rio das Ostras, Sao Joao da Barra and Quissamã.
