Petrobras initiated the process of selling a new set of land fields. The areas were divided into five groups located in the states of Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte and Sergipe. According to the state, the so-called farms Belém, Macau, Sergipe Terra 1, Sergipe Land 2 and Sergipe Terra 3 are part of it. In this first stage, the State initiated the non-binding phase, in which any company, within pre-established criteria, can enable and participate in the competition.
“In the non-binding phase, those interested in the previous phase for each set of land fields will have access to a virtual data room containing more information about these fields, in addition to instructions on the disinvestment process, including Guidelines for the elaboration and submission of non-binding proposals, “said the state in note.
Currently, the state is already negotiating with the market the sale of 69 land fields, in a process that was initiated three years ago and was paralyzed after questioning of the Court of Auditors of the Union (TCU) last year. Source: The Globe
