Petrobras received only one proposal for the lease of its regasification terminal for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in Bahia. The proposal came from the Texan company Excelerate Energy.
The company presented a proposal in the total amount of R$ 92.1 million until 2023, in monthly installments of R$ 3 million, according to the Minutes of Receipt of Proposals published last Wednesday (16) by Petrobras.
The lease includes the waterway infrastructure, a 45-kilometer pipeline from Salvador and through the municipalities of São Francisco do Conde, Candeias and São Sebastião do Passé, as well as utilities for generating and supplying electricity located in the Terminal Madre de Deus.
