Petrobras removes Argentine market shares

After extending the trading period of its shares in the Argentine S.A. Stock Exchange, Petrobras announced in an official statement that it has forced the public offering regime in Argentina.

The state even announced the delist in October, however, only now has the oil company removed its shares from the neighboring market. According to the company, Argentine shareholders will still be able to keep their shares deposited in Caja de Values (the custody agent of the Argentine market), sell them in the markets in that the company’s shares remain traded or sell them on the market with advice from BBVA bank.
