Petrobras resumes active sale in terrestrial fields

After announcing that intends to sell three poles in land fields in the States of Bahia and Rio Grande do Norte, as reported by the Panorama Offshore, Petrobras continues the process of disinvestment in the onshore sector.

Currently, the State has 80 fields in the sales phase, which produce about 83000 bpd of oil and representing 4% of the total production of the country. Despite the positive opening of State sales, there are fears that the process could be seized as "Topaz Project"-set of ten land fields that the company put up for sale in 2016, but it had suspended progress after the Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU) determi Nou the systematic review of sale of assets of the oil company.

That's because the State transferred the process to the PNA, which could lock again the progress of a process of sales of land fields of Petrobras. We wait for more information regarding the progress of this disinvestment.
