Three groups submitted proposals by petrobras presidente Getúlio Vargas (Repar) refinery in Paraná. The sale of this and other refineries is part of the state's disvestition agenda and its plan to focus on the Rio-São Paulo axis. Among the companies, which have submitted similar proposals, are both Brazilian and foreign companies.
Last Friday (18), the Supreme Court (STF) began trial on the sale of refineries. The rapporteur, Minister Edson Fachin, voted against Petrobras. The oil company defends its position by arguing that the sale of its refineries is based on the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade).
According to the president of the state-owned company, Roberto Castello Branco, Petrobras intends to sell eight of its thirteen plants by the end of 2021.ACESSE AS REDES DA PANORAMA OFFSHORE:
